Compensation Resources, Inc. Opens Regional Ct Office

Upper Saddle River, NJ - March 7, 2007 - Compensation Resources, Inc., one of the nation's premier compensation and human resources consulting practices, is pleased to announce the opening of its New England office in Connecticut. Harry J. Schum, one of the firm's Senior Consultants, will be heading up this office.

Harry has over 25 years of compensation and human resources experience in consulting and corporate environments. His expertise includes executive compensation, variable pay, incentive strategies, sales compensation and human resource planning and program implementation, as well as working with individuals in career transition to identify negotiating positions. Harry was a corporate officer and Vice President, Human Resources for Infilco Degremont, Inc. and Trigen Energy Corporation, and has held senior HR executive positions with MasterCard International, Deloitte & Touche and RJR Nabisco. He also spent eight years in the actuarial and compensation consulting functions of Kwasha Lipton.

Harry has an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Iona College's Hagan School of Business, and graduated with a BA in Mathematics from Fordham University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and WorldatWork.
